Rules and Regulations

All applicable local, state and market regulations must be adhered to when selling approved items.

Troy Neighborhood Markets approves all produce and products to be sold at the market. Only approved produce and products may be sold by the vendor(s). Troy Neighborhood Markets reserves the right to deny any product at its discretion.

Produce and products offered for sale are expected to be of the highest quality. If, in the opinion of a Market Representative, a vendor offers inferior produce or products, the vendor will be required to withdraw the item(s).

Markets are held rain or shine, however, Troy Neighborhood Markets reserves the right to cancel a market due to severe weather conditions.

Vendors agree to all Troy Neighborhood Markets to use their names, description of their products and photos in promotional materials.

Selling Spaces

Each vendor shall be entitled to a minimum of one 12’x12’ selling space per day per market. The Market Representative will negotiate additional spaces. There may be occasions on which vendors will be asked to move to another space by the Market Representative i.e. to condense the market.

Vendors may set up their market sites up to two hours before the market opens. For safety reasons, vendors should have their vehicles and stands in place before the opening of the market. Vehicles will not be permitted to move in the market area during the operating hours of the market.

Vendors are required to notify the Market Representative at least 4 hours before opening on market day of their intended absence.

Vendors are expected to attend the markets that they have requested. Two unannounced absences will result in expulsion of the market for the rest of the season.

Troy Neighborhood Markets retains the right of several spaces for the market to use for events, etc.

No fees are refundable.
